A family story.
One family, two generations who have developed the business from a single restaurant in the heart of the Tuscan hills into a brand renowned in the world of hospitality and recognized throughout the world for its illustrious historic premises, welcoming service and exclusive dishes based on family recipes now brought to an international challenge.
We will accompany you in the rooms where Machiavelli wrote "The Prince" and in the basement, where the cellars are the same "wine cells" mentioned in a document from 1498.

Machiavelli Museum
Niccolò Machiavelli (1469-1527). Here he took refuge after being exiled from Florence in 1512, when the Medici returned to the city. You can visit the rooms of the villa, the splendid cellars and, through an underground passage, enter the inn described by Machiavelli himself. This too has kept its atmosphere intact over the centuries.
